Order processing
When you place an order, we use your personal data to process it. We may share your details with our delivery partner so they can ship your order to you. We also receive payment information from your bank or credit card provider.
For this we use your payment details, name and address, email address, phone number, and billing address. We need this information based on the contract we have with you as a customer. We retain this data until your order is completed and for seven years after, as required by law.

Kovvar works with a number of companies that may receive your personal data from us. For order processing, Kovvar works together with:
- Payment providers: Adyen and PayPal
- Delivery partner: UPS
We also work with partners whose software supports our processes. Where necessary, we share data with the following third parties:
- Trengo (customer service software)
- Exact (accounting)
- iController (payment reminders)
- Alektum (debt collection)
- Dropbox (document management)
All partners operate in accordance with current privacy legislation.
Newsletter
We'd like to keep you informed about special offers, new products, and services through our newsletter. We do this via email. You can unsubscribe at any time. Every message contains a link to opt out.
Sharing with other companies or institutions

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. We have a data processing agreement with Google, with strict terms on what they can track. We do allow Google to use Analytics data for other Google services. IP addresses are not anonymised.
