Not happy with your car mats or trunk mats? That's disappointing, and we want to make it right. Kovvar offers a satisfaction guarantee on every purchase. The product must be unused and undamaged.

* When exchanging, we distinguish between mats with and without a logo.
** Mats with a logo or heel pad can also be returned. You only pay for the personalisation costs (logo and heel pad). We refund the rest.
Returns or exchanges
Always use our contact form when returning or exchanging. This helps us process your return as quickly as possible. We'll work with you to find the best solution, whether that's an adjustment, an exchange, or a full refund.
Defective product
Received a product with a defect, such as a poor fit or quality issue? First of all, our apologies. We'll sort it out. Fill in our contact form and we'll offer a solution as quickly as possible. Your request goes straight to the right team so we can help you fast. Returns and exchanges for defects are always free of charge.
Not what you expected
Even though every product is custom-made in our own factory, you can always return or exchange your mats. We don't make that difficult. The exception is mats that deviate from a standard template, or models we don't yet have a template for. These cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
If you choose to return rather than exchange, the return shipping costs are at your expense. For the sake of the environment, we do ask you to consider your order carefully. Because each set is made to order, we're unable to reuse returned products.
Exchange without logo or heel pad
If you'd prefer a different carpet, colour, or edging, or if you accidentally ordered the wrong set, you can exchange it for a new one, as long as there's no logo or heel pad on any of the mats. You can configure your new set on the website as usual. Any price difference will be charged or refunded.
Exchange with logo or heel pad
Want to exchange but your mats have a logo or heel pad? That's also possible. We'll make a completely new set and you only pay for the personalisation costs (logo and heel pad) plus shipping. Any price difference on the mats themselves will be charged or refunded.
